To tourists and visitors of Dendermonde, as well as businessmen and women, we offer an enjoyable and surprising location.
Our B&B is located in the very heart of the city, a mere fifty metres from the historical and always vibrant Grand Place. It is also very close to a vast network of scenic walking trails and bicycle routes.
Dendermonde lies at the mouth of the rivers the Schelde and the Dender and has a rich history and folklore. For those who prefer to go on a shopping spree, Dendermonde is also the place to be.
The city itself is located between the historical cities of Ghent, Antwerp and Brussels. With the train station nearby, Dendermonde is the perfect base for visiting these and other cities.
Our three atmospheric double rooms are perfect to enjoy a quiet stay. All rooms have their own bathroom and/or shower with toilet and sink. Furthermore the rooms are equipped with TV, DVD-player and free wifi. The common room with kitchen offers the possibility to cook for yourself.
THE ACCOMODATION
THE HOUSE
‘Dendernachten’ is housed in the renovated birthplace of Lieutenant Colonel Ring.
Some of the furniture in the living area is still reminiscent of that time. The paintings as well as other ornaments and other elements in the building take us back to the beginning of the 20th century.
Your stay will be in one of the three lovely rooms. They are spacious, full of light and very comfortable. Special attention has been given to your sleeping comfort: the beds have been chosen for their ergonomic features and width.
A good night’s sleep is guaranteed.
Each room has been equipped with a flatscreen smart tv; wireless internet, air conditioning. Every room comes with a fully equipped bathroom with a (double) sink, hair dryer, toilet, walk-in shower with bench The ‘Dender’ room is also accommodated with a bath. On the ground floor you have the possibility of relaxing in the comfortable sofas with some reading material or you can watch TV if you want. The completely equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meal if you wish to.
An additional asset is the small but cozy courtyard. Walled side to side, it’s fun to linger during every season.

Dendermonde
Dendermonde is a versatile and vivid city. You will certainly enjoy it.
Shopping is possible in the dozens of boutiques in the city’s commercial centre. You can also opt for a stroll along the banks of the Dender or the Schelde.
Perhaps you would like to maintain your fitness? There are numerous opportunities for cyclists in the vicinity of the B&B. The city also offers numerous other indoor and outdoor sport activities.
Dendermonde is also well represented in the cultural sphere. There are plenty of historical monuments in and around the city’s centre as well as various museums which will most likely captivate you.
But there is more. In and around the city of Dendermonde there are plentiful beautiful locations waiting to be discovered. Each of the surrounding cities and municipalities has its own natural gems or specific events.
Adjacent municipality Zele offers a wide variety of promenades and bicycle routes and guarantees a festive Pentecost weekend with the passage of Roparun.

- Right across the street you can find a small, lovely park as well as the statue of Franz Courtens. It’s also the start of a promenade that follows the Dender past ‘t Saske and the Forts of Dendermonde.
